Kim was very professional and knowledgeable about the local real estate market and provided good information in developing a marketing plan for our home. From helping stage our home to the photographer who took pictures, everything that Kim provided was first class and very effective. Our home was on the market less than a week before it sold. I highly recommend Kim.
When I first decided to move to Oceanside I didn't know any realtors in the area so I picked an agency at random. I was lucky to go to Seagaze because it was there I met Kim Glynn and right off I felt comfortable with her, she was more than willing to spend time me driving all over Oceanside and Vista looking at all types of real estate for sale, from homes to condos to duplexes in all different areas. She definitely made me change some ideas I had about realtors. We are now good friends!
Kim hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
