Kim is excellent and trustworthy. She helped us get our first home. She was patient with us and allowed us to ask all the dumb questions (sometimes more than once).

Kim was an invaluable part of our home sale process. We appreciated her expertise and calm demeanor. She was communicative and straightforward. We always felt like we knew what was going on. She has her pulse on the market and is well-connected to other agents in the area. She was indispensable during the negotiation process, maintaining her viewpoint but also respecting our decisions. I wholeheartedly recommend Kim to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home. She will add value every step of the way and help you achieve your goals.
Sorry for the late review, I closed escrow 32 days ago, I thought closing was tough moving is also! Kim not only guided me through the entire process she was the most knowledgeable and professional agent I have ever met and worked with and this was not my first home purchased. It is the most difficult market I have ever seen with the bidding wars and the pre qualification standards, is why you need someone like Kim on your team. She's not only professional but also calm and compassionate with your needs as she will guide you through the whole process from decision to buy through the closing.
We met Kim at an open house that my wife and I decided to see in 2018 before we even moved to Los Angeles. Kim's agency was listing that particular property and she approached us and was so kind - even though we hadn't moved to LA, nor were we seriously looking for a home just yet. Over the next 2 years Kim continued to keep in contact with us and send us great homes to view. Eventually, we moved to LA, had our first child, and started looking for the right property in the Baldwin Hills/View Park area. Since Kim also lives in that neighborhood, she was very familiar with the housing market there and was able to show us many listed and unlisted properties! Ultimately, we were able to purchase an unlisted home with an incredible view of downtown Los Angeles in Baldwin Hills in 2021. Additionally, her knowledge and expertise was much needed as we entered escrow and closed on the home. Overall, she has become more than a realtor to us - she is a genuine friend now. Anyone would be so lucky to have her as their realtor - especially in this crazy LA market!
Our family had a wonderful transparent and educational “first time home buyers” experience with licensed real estate agent, Kim Garr. We are a multigenerational family of 6 and we’re looking for a property that was centrally located in the city of Los Angeles with enough square footage to house the entire family and still have room for guests. Kim more than met our expectations and was open to taking us outside of our initial areas of interest and explore “active” possibilities that may work for our family’s housing needs. We are now in a home maybe 45 days out from when we decided on a property that we felt was a fit. Kim is professional, knowledgeable of the industry/market in Los Angeles and has a personable touch. Kim also has a team of experts that walked us through every aspect along the way. Kim wants to ensure that her clients are knowledgeable of the home buying process and asks you to participate and do your own due diligence by asking as many questions that you can think of that she may answer and/or have the opportunity to find the correct answer to the question. Kim Garr was highly recommended to us by a family member and a family friend. I’m paying it forward once again by recommending Kim Garr for all of your real estate needs.
Kim hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
