Kim Gammon found us the exact home we were searching for. Although initially we did not want to exceed our budget, we did (and by a lot) and we feel great about it. We now laugh about our original parameters especially when we consider how happy we are with what Kim found us. We now cringe at the thought of what we could have wound up with if we did not find Kim as a resource. Kim's insights were invaluable and we paid attention to every recommendation she offered. Coming from NYC, we tend to be suspicions of any sales professional. I can't remember the last time our distrust dissipated so quickly, and we came to rely so much on the advice of an individual. But that is how comfortable we became with Kim. Her sincerity combined with her knowledge of the area along with a complete understanding of her clients needs made her advice critical to our decision making process. My wife is an exceptional decorator. Kim asked if she could see pictures of our previous home to get a feeling for our tastes. After my wife sent her pictures, Kim was able to narrow down the list to a very fine level and made every showing worthwhile. Again, she maximized our time with every full day of showings (each trip to the area was a 2.5 hour drive) and she kept track of every comment and all of our needs, refining her search for us with each visit out to PA.
