Kim Egly was amazing through both the selling of our home and finding/ buying our dream home! She explained every step of the process, came into our home and gave us some suggestions for selling. We followed her direction and she knew what exactly to do. We received offers in the first two days of showing. She listen to what we wanted in our new home and gave us some suggestions on some things we might want that we didn't think of and we are glad she made us aware of. I am beyond happy with everything and glad we found her. I highly recommend her!
