We used Kim to purchase a townhouse as I was relocated to Orlando, Florida for work. We really appreciated her responsiveness to my calls as she would answer her phone anytime I called her. However, we didn't feel that her negotiation skills were very strong as I felt as if I was doing most of the work to negotiate the deal. We didn't feel that she knew the areas in which we were looking in very well or did proper research on them in order to guide us and make recommendations based on what we were looking for. The closing did not go well and we felt there was more Kim could have done to make it go well. We provided her our feedback and were not satisfied with her response so we will not be using her again.
