First Time Homebuyer

I was not even sure that I was ready to buy a house. I contacted Kim, and she talked to me about what to do in the first steps. She put me in contact with a financial company specifically someone who she had worked with before. Her recommendation was great and I did use their services. From start to finish Kim was there. She anticipated every question I had but didn't make me feel dumb or that I was bothering her at all. When I had a ton of people in my ear with their opinions, and suggestions, Kim talked directly to me and listened to only me. We found the house for me, and the rest is history. I was dreading the closing process, and literally everything. Dare I say it was actually easy! She laid everything down for me and explained everything in a language I could understand! I would recommend Kim to anyone trying to buy a house and especially first time homebuyers! Thank you Kim for everything!!
