Kim is absolutely amazing! We tried to sell our home on our own, but soon found something was missing. It was Kim. She is down to earth, professional, super knowledgeable, and easily accessible. Our house sold quick and because of our wonderful experience, we chose Kim to help us find our new home. She was very patient and willing to drive anywhere to show us a potential home. She was also upfront and honest about whether a home we were interested in truly would meet our wishlist. This helped narrow our search and save time. And she even showed us a couple of homes that she warned us about even though we were too stubborn to listen. 😉 She was right btw. Overall, she gave us piece of mind that everything was going to turn out okay. And it did! Smooth closings and no regrets. Kim is amazing! I was selling my first house and moving out of state. Kim was amazing through the whole process. She walked me through every step and explained everything to me. Kim made our home buying experience so easy!! We were first time home buyers and before we even started looking, we met so she could explain the whole process to us and get to know us more. She guided us on which areas to look/avoid for what our family needed. She helped us make decisions based on what was most important to us and our #1 was the neighborhood! Kim is very helpful and quick to respond via call, text, or email. I was able to get most of the documents that require a signature via email and digitally sign them. This helped a lot since I'm out of town most of days.

Kim is an amazing, type A realtor. She listed my home with gorgeous pictures, and sold it in less than a week. Everything was done on or before schedule. She knows the area and the process like the back of her hand. I highly recommend her!

Kim is very energetic, willing, knowledgeable and extremely personable. She marketed our home exceptionally and consistently kept us up to date on our status and what was going on about the sell of our home. She responded very quickly to any questions we had and was on top of our sell by staying on the other agent to make sure our process was painless and quick given some minor delays (not on her end).
