Once I decided to sale my home in Palo Cedro, I contacted Kim for advice on how to proceed. She toured the house and property and presented ideas, specific requests, and a clear road forward. This took me about two months to complete. I had a number of road blocks with this and every time I contacted her she would walk me through a way forward or wouldn't hesitate to come out and go over things. When it became time to list we sat down and looked at current listings available on the market, and every question I had, she would patiently clear my fears and sometimes ignorance, on a strategy forward. Her advice would soon pay off as my home sold quickly, of course there are bumps in the road on negotiations and she was one step ahead on the process and always kept me abreast of the process. I think the whole process went as smoothly as it could, at one point I asked a question about a process, I don't remember what it was but Kim said " no my job is to protect you", that really stuck with me having no experience selling my biggest investment. My sincerest thanks to her.

We communicated with Kim about selling our mom's home. We met with her and talked about things to make it more appealing to a buyer . She gave us her ideas and once completed everyone loved it. She had an open house and in one day we had offers showing up. We got the asking price and are very happy with the whole experience.
