We were first time buyer's and had no knowledge about the buying process. Kim took her time to go over every single step before we even went to see homes. There were times she literally said no this is not a good home! THAT"S WHAT EXACTLY what we needed. She is not a realtor who will sell you home and move on. When we submitted the offer she was always friendly and transparent with the process. She is a person true to her word in every step of the way. We were able to close in less than a month. Even after we moved in she is still there for us for every little thing. Thanks to her now we have our dream home!
