We sold our first home with Kim and couldn't wait to write a review for her. Kim helped us sell our home beyond our expected value. While selling a home of ofcourse more is better, but when you list it you look at the market comps and make a mental model about the price and any realtor would tell you to moderate your expectations. Kim was the opposite, very bullish from the start and put in a lot of effort in presenting our home with elegance and detail. She suggested improvements which would bring the best out of our home without going overboard with home improvement costs. She worked with the interested buyers responsively and intelligently which helped us sell our home for top dollar.
