I can't say enough good things about Kim. We happened upon her while looking through Zillow and having her as our realtor has truly made all the difference in our house hunt. She is so knowledgeable and organized and she facilitated EVERYTHING--from the choosing and lining up houses, to the documents, to the bank processes, to price negotiation, to closing, she led us through the entire process from start to finish which was invaluable as first time home buyers. I've never met someone SO responsive and on top of things. On top of her professional qualities, she is warm and kind and overall just a wonderful person. I've already recommended her to multiple friends, and she already seems to have a reputation as THE realtor to work with in Dublin/Pleasanton/San Ramon.
