Kim helped us buy our 2nd home, a new construction. She was pleasant and easy to work with. She understood our requirements (location, aspects of the house - e.g. community, backyard size, sq.ft, entrance facing, family space needs, schools, security etc), budget, types of houses we're leaning towards. We could finalize the house soon enough due to her hand picked few properties and she was quick enough to get us past the waiting list and sign the purchase contract.
