My husband and I would definitely recommend Kim Dempsey to everyone we know. Before working with Kim, we were actually recommended to contact someone. She only gave me one call with several emails and we didn't have a chance to view a single house for more than a week. Whereas Kim made the process incredibly easy. On the first day I spoke with her, we were able to see properties we were interested. She was always responsive and also knowledgeable about rental market in areas where we were looking to buy and lend a house. We also found the property inspector she recommended to us very professional. We worked with him twice actually. There was a time when we almost gave up on the property we were about to sign up.
