Kim was very knowledgeable about the market in my area and was able to help determine the best possible price for me to sell my home. She was also very informative and attentive throughout the entire sales process and kept me informed about every new detail that would come up. Kim would also help with filling out paperwork, by clarifying concerns about questions that I was unsure about on certain documents that finance offices or other realtors would request from us as the seller. Overall I am very satisfied with deciding to use Kim as my realtor and would be my first choice next time I decide to sell something again on the market!
