Kim knows how to get things done. She gave us a realistic estimate and realistic expectations of the sales climate. She was always available for us and other agents. She was a good negotiator and a great communicator. We were so happy with our experience that we had her list a second property within 2 months of selling the first. We got top dollar on both sales and Kim even completed some basic repairs with her son to close the deal while we were out of town!
