Kim Davis

Kim Davis assisted us with selling our Mother's home during my Mom's illness recently. I would like to make some comments about Kim: Ms. Davis was, first of all, very courteous and professional. She was kind and respectful during a time that was difficult for our family. She understood our stress and situation and was calm and reassuring. She really "took charge" of advising us and helping prepare the house for listing and sale. We were busy and had lots to deal with, and this took a huge burden off of our shoulders. Kim kept us up-to-date of all suggestions and actions regarding the house sale. Communicating is so important; Kim definitely gets an "A+" here. She really helped us in sales price negotiations and helped make the process as smooth as possible. We did have a few minor issues in inspections and some requests from the buyer, and Kim helped make a potentially difficult process go incredibly smoothly. We did very well in our negotiations and final price with her help. Finally, Kim is warm and kind, easy to work with. I would not hesitate to ask for her assistance again or to recommend her services to anyone.
