Kim spent a few days showing us a variety of properties before we settled on this one. She is very knowledgeable about her business, and always brings lots of information she has researched. During the under contract time, she was in contact with both us and the seller as needed and always kept us informed of everything. After the closing she remained in contact with and made sure we didn't have any unresolved issues.

We listed our house with Kim and had over 50 showings the next day, which surprised us for being a Thursday; and nearly as many on Friday. We ended up with so many offers that we closed out showings early and accepted an offer with several backup offers and were under contract before the weekend. The whole process went incredibly fast. Kim was on top of the dates and deadlines. She is an excellent negotiator. The buyers agent was a good agent but with far less experience and Kim was there to walk them through certain aspects of the process which could have delayed closing but thanks to Kim’s experience and professionalism we remained on track and closed on the property on time.
