Kim was absolutely phenomenal in helping my fiancé and I buy our first home in Naperville. She thoroughly took the time to understand our interests in a house. She was always willing to help and extremely responsive. Any time we wanted additional information on a house she had it to us in lightening time. Her expertise of where we were looking to buy (Naperville) was phenomenal. She always sent us houses before they even hit the market. When we did find our dream home, Kim was absolutely phenomenal during negotiations. Naperville is a tough, aggressive market. Hands down our offer would not have been accepted had it not been for Kim constantly in contact with the sellers agent to find out where we stood. Based on feedback she received during the offer process, my fiancé & I chose to revise our offer two times to better position ourselves. These two revisions combined with Kim re-iterating our love of the home is what led to the sellers selecting our offer. Even after the purchase of the home, Kim has continued to check in to see if we have questions or need recommendations. We will absolutely recommend Kim and her team to anyone and everyone! Note – your agent matters! My fiancé and I made a switch from a previous agent to Kim. With the previous agent, we weren’t getting any feedback on our offers and felt they weren’t interested in understanding our wants in a house. After switching to Kim, we fully understood why she is one of the top agents in the area. We would not be in our dream house had it not been for Kim’s negotiation skills and persistency in following up on the offer.

My husband and I worked with Kim over the last year, relocating from Denver to Naperville and it was one of the best experiences working with a realtor we’ve ever had.
