Kim is awesome! She has helped us buy two homes over the last year. One of the homes was our personal residence and the other was an investment property. We will definitely continue to use her because she is so knowledgeable and understands the market trends!
Very experienced and moves diligently. I've had two offers accepted within 3 months during a pandemic with Exp Realty and ended up choosing the second one. Love the new home. It suits me just right!
Kim made the process of listing our home so easy and smooth for us. She also sold us the home a few years before we recently sold it. She met with us numerous times to find the perfect house and she was very attentive through both buying and selling processes. I will continue to use her as an agent and recommend her to others in the market to buy or sell.
KIM has sold 14 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
