Kim does a great job at explaining the process. As a first time home buyer, I couldn’t have imagined the process being so smooth. Communication was outstanding. She was flexible with answering questions, quick responses, and very understanding of the rookie questions I had asked. If she was busy, she let you know right away that she will get back to you asap! This goes along with her team as well. If you’re a first time home buyer, I would suggest going through Kim!
