I was impressed with Kim from our first interview. My husband and I interviewed three very impressive realtors, but went with Kim due to her confidence that she could help me get our house ready to put on the market with her many contacts of different contractors. I was equally impressed with her past sales, staging ability and the great photography in her other listings. Throughout the process, she always responded in a timely fashion and answered any concerns. After the house went under contract, Kim was on top of everything and made sure we were represented properly and that our house appraised at the real market value. Even up to the day of closing and after, Kim went above and beyond to make it less stressful by volunteering to do things for my husband and I to finalize the deal.
