Kim Cervantes

This is my second time buying a house and this time it was way different. Thanks to Kim. My first time was 14 years ago. I didn’t know better. This time I knew what I wanted and knew that I needed some to work for my best interest. That where Kim comes in. When I started house hunting I had another agent, she was late at appointments, didn’t provide me with enough houses to view and all were not close to what I wanted. I hand up doing more work of searching on line and that s how I hand up finding Kim. Thank God I did. I told Kim from day one that time was very important to me, I work a lot and I dont have too much time. So she knew that when I have a day off, I needed to view more houses. Kim put her head down and went to work for me. After 2 visit I was able to pick my house and made an offer. She guided me through out the process negotiated for me. She is knowledgeable of what to do and how to get yo I’m u the best deal. She made things more easy for me , and especially because I am not available all the time. She responded to my email and text messages in timely manner. Updated me throughout and provided advices when i needed them. Omg Kim did what an agent need to do . For me and my friends Kim will be our agent. If you are looking for an agent who can work for you and knows what to do call Kim.
