I was so impressed I made her my agent on the spot. She helped me find not only a great home but what turned out to be a great investment as well. Kim also has a list of great service providers that I used during the purchase and well after the repairs that were done as part of the sale, and again four years later when I needed an HVAC contractor. Five years later Kim helped me navigate the ins and outs of selling a home in a crazy market made more by the COVID 19 crisis. In addition to her personal knowledge of her own market, when my son and his wife got ready to sell their home in Florida Kim recommended a great agent that helped them sell in less than a week and negotiate all of the COVID related speed bumps in the weeks following to a closing. She is the ultimate professional and her legal knowledge is part of what helps her be such a great agent, on top of being an awesome human being. I would highly recommend Kim to anyone who wants a great agent that will represent their best interests in every aspect of a home purchase or sale.
