I thought selling my home would be overwhelming, but working with Kim felt very easy as she walked me through everything the entire way while continually explained anything I did not understand until I did. She stayed in constant contact, returned my calls and answered my concerns quickly while providing all my options and she shared her many, many years of experience in how to sell my home quickly and helped me to see the extra little details that would set my home apart from other market options. The whole process could not have gone any smoother and it went exactly as Kim predicted it would. Her knowledge and experience were invaluable to me and I am extremely grateful. It was so fast and easy, once I committed and the process started. Even though my home was already in great shape and a lot of attention to detail was already done, there were other small details I was able to elaborate on that made all the difference on how fast my home sold.
