We would highly recommend Kim. She went above and beyond to work with us and find us just the right home. We now consider her a friend after she devoted so much of her time and expertise in our search.

Kim Burrous is absolutely the best realtor! We consider her part of our family now—she sold my daughter her original townhome (which I am now in); she sold my home; and she sold my daughter and her fiancé their current home! But what makes Kim unique from other realtors is her willingness to share her wealth of support services and connections to prepare your home for maximum sale price. And on the flip side of that coin, she made doubly sure that my daughter got great deals both times she purchased homes! I am SO fortunate that Kim came into our lives, so if you are looking for a TRUE realtor, please consider working with Kim!!!

Kim Burrous Is one of the most hard-working, knowledgeable, and down to earth realtors I’ve ever met. There was never a time that I reached out to Kim, that she did not immediately respond to my request. Her hard work and dedication was much appreciated, we would not hesitate to refer her or use her again when we move!

She sold us our house back in 15. When it came time to move we went right back to her to sell that same house 8 years later. It was always a pleasurable experience. W also had a few friends that were in the market, and the Burrous team took care of them a well. Highly recommend them.

Kim Burrous is AMAZING!!!! Her long time experience, knowledge and downhome friendliness is exactly what anyone would look for in a realtor. I highly recommend Kim if you want to buy or sell a home! I'd give her a hundred stars!!!
