Kim was highly recommended by my financial advisor who had known Kim for a long while. Upon meeting her the first time, I knew that Kim is the one I wanted to work with because it immediately became clear that she was not in it just for the money. Kim first helped me buy this house in Austin in August of 2015. We have been friends since then. Kim and I would meet up for lunch about once a year and thereby kept in touch. She knows all the laws and local Codes related to buying and selling a home in Austin very well. So when I decided to sell the house she helped me buy about nine years ago, there never was any question in my mind as to who would be the realtor. She was very involved and in all aspects of marketing the house and made her services always available. And the house sale was successfully completed within a few weeks of being on sale.
