When the time came to sell my home place, my son told me about Kim brown. I had never needed a realtor and I didn't know what to expect, or what was expected of me. My husband and I were buying our first home and needed someone very knowledgable of the housing market and someone who could help us with each step of the home buying process! Kim was amazing! She was always helpful and she knew we were ready to move, so she worked quickly to get us our home! She also doesn't try to pressure you into purchasing something you are not completely satisfied with! I would recommend her to anyone!

Kim helped us buy our first home. After trying to work with several other Realtors, my wife found Kim's information online and decide to give her a call, and I am glad she did. Kim was very patience as we looked at several different homes, but what I like most about her was she showed us homes that were in our price range. She didn't once push us to look at something that was out of our price range. Kim also did a great job of communicating with us to keep us in the loop.

Kim kept me informed on all aspects of the sale. She let me know when someone was going to view the house or if they called to ask questions. If there were negative comments about something regarding the house, we would work together to try and make things better. She communicated on a regular basis and always kept me informed about everything. I appreciate everything she did, it made the selling experience less stressful and it was done a very professional manner.
