I sold my home in Florida while on an extended visit overseas (South Africa), during Covid, and could not get home to complete the sale. Kim went above and beyond, on my behalf, from half a world away. It was unbelievable really - Kim presented the offer to me via email, made all the arrangements for the home inspection as well as for the people involved to repair the few things that had to be remedied; Kim repeatedly met with prospective purchasers of items that were for sale, and negotiated with me via text / whatsapp / Skype and email; Kim was involved throughout the entire process, including putting me in touch with the right people that could help with my “Canadian” closing (accountant / lawyer). I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Kim - although she is an amazing real estate agent, she proved that she is also so much more - always going the extra mile for the client. I could never have done this without her and am still grateful.
