She made great recommendations for inspectors and she came to the inspection to make sure things ran smoothly. We had a situation where the listing realtor was doing a favor for the Seller at a reduced rate. Kim was able to keep the process on track for a timely closing despite several pre-closing conditions, and a less than responsive counterpart. Kim even had to do tasks that should have been performed by Seller’s realtor just to get the closing done on time. Kim goes above and beyond, even keeping in touch post-closing and providing us with checklists and contacts that will come in handy with our move.
