Kim was very patient with the whole process. Never made me feel rushed to accept an offer nor did she ever seem as though she had better places to be. She kept me up-to-date on everything, including any feedback from showings. She was very motivated to help me sell my home. I highly recommend using Kim as a realtor.

In the beginning, we were very impressed with Kim. She seemed very knowledgeable on everything we had asked about and if she didn't know she would reply " Let me see what I can find out" we open our range of distance to view houses pretty much anywhere in the state. If she couldn't accommodate her daughter would with the exception of a few times. We decided to assign her to be our realtor to sell our house. As it turned out the people who bought our house used her as well. This allowed her to get double pay for selling our house. We felt good about that. Upon selling our house we had to scramble to serch for one to buy or rent. When we gave her a list of what we needed like price, sq footage ect.. we felt she wasn't listening to us. She would oblige us if we sent her a house for us to look at but houses she sent us seemed to always be ones that she was an agent with. That bothered us a bit. However we didn't pay it no mind at the time for we were severely stressed in trying to find a place to live and had only a short time to find one. We came across someone who was gonna be posting their house for sale that day. So in stead of always being behind everyone in finding a place only to hear "Sorry it's already under contract" we decided we better quickly go see it and we did. It was just what we wanted. The owners was also willing to make a deal with us to rent it to us till closing was completed. It was perfect for us. Upon signing everything we then thought we should tell Kim we found a place so she wouldn't have to put anymore time on sending us anything. Again I will say we felt good about everything. From Kim getting double pay on our old house to us being lucky enough to find our current home. All was well until we let Kim know we found a place and that her services were no longer needed. That's when she unraveled on me. I've kept the texts she sent. It put me under so much stress I ended up having a seizure. So at the end it was not good.
This was the second we have used Kim, and I would absolutely use Kim again. We bought a house with Kim the first time which was very fast. The second time we used Kim was to sell are home and she was able to get us sold extremely fast I would highly recommend using Kim for buying and selling a house. Thank you so much Kim for all your hard work.
Kim helped us purchase the house and helped us sell the same house 6 years later she is the best realtor anyone could ask for. She is very knowledgeable, responsive to questions, etc.. If I ever decide to move back to Oklahoma she will be the one that I will call. I would recommend Kim to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank for everything
