Kim is a friend who I reached out to about possibly selling our home. She told me the time was now, that it was a sellers market. I was hesitant but said okay let’s do it. I had a list of rules, I didn’t want a For Sale sign, I didn’t want an open house, I didn’t want strangers driving up and down my street. She agreed. She called me on a Monday that she had potential buyers , they were going to do a walk thru, she called me the next morning with an offer. We accepted the offer and closed this past Thursday. Pretty good for getting your house sold before it went on the market. She kept me informed and calmed my nerves especially when the closing took a little longer than we expected. I would definitely recommend Kim to any of my family or friends to sell their homes.

Sweet and knowledgeable. Great person to work with. She was interested in selling my house, and she did, wasn't even on the market and it sold. We are very pleased with the way she handled the sale.
