Well where do I start?! Warning: This might be long. Kim and David are WONDERFUL! Dave was not partnered with Kim yet when we were searching for a home in 2020. But because they’ve both been active around our area, and become our friends, we’ve witnessed what a compatible team they are. Yes, 2020, a crazy year, and a crazy market. We have bought and sold various homes over a 40 plus years span. Kim by far was the most invested, professional, knowledgeable and hardworking agent we have had. . She came to each showing appointment with a nice folder with ample information on each house. She knows this area like the back of her hand. She is FULL TIME which is VERY important in our opinion.
