Kim did an awesome job selling my mom’s house in Livonia!! Kim was terrific at marketing the house as we had multiple offers within days of the new listing. Kim is very professional and knowledgeable with the contract language and always quick to respond to our questions. Kim was very kind to my elderly mom throughout the selling process as Kim knew this was an emotional decision for my mom. We were extremely happy with Kim’s knowledge, professionalism and customer service throughout the entire selling process from initial meeting with her to closing.
