I hands down recommend working with Kim and Her Team to buy a home in Northern Virginia. I was unsure of where I exactly wanted to go, how much land I wanted, and was in the process of down-sizing, or Right-sizing as they call it. I went from a 4,600+ sq ft home in Warrenton on land with a 6-car garage. After the kids moved out, I no longer desired that size of home. This was both a big adjustment and to move into a smaller home and accommodating my special needs of finding and over sized garage within a smaller home, within my budget, an amazing community and with a better commute. Kim and Her Team helped me figure out the final items I may and may not need in the new home, and a plan on how to do some final downsizing for donating and selling items I would not need. I knew Kim has great design ideas and connections, and she came back and helped me with ideas to tailor my home to more my style, and I love it! Kim and Christine were very hands on to help me. I never expected this type of extra service, and they delivered above anything I imagined!!
