Like every agent they have their Strengths & Weaknesses … but Kim has a unique perspective & approach to not only show you what you want – but also introducing ideas/properties that you may not have initially considered (i.e. more bang for your buck!). Example - Kim got us out of our San Diego, CA proper mindset … and introduced us to Oceanside! and we never looked back!! Plus, Kim’s marketing material & approach was right on point! It clearly showcased why our condo was the right property to Buy & Sell. Plus, Kim has experience w/ doing relatively complex transitions (i.e. sell and buy on contingency at the same time). This is a 'tricky' business proposition, and was not always smooth … but she kept fighting thru it until the END. Kim is definitely someone you should strongly consider having on your real estate team. In summary - She was not only our trusted Agent, but she became a Family FRIEND.
