Kim Archer

I have been working with Corliss McCoy for over 30 years and when she told me that she was working with Kim, I thought "Wow. She must be good." And I was not disappointed. Kim located an appropriate property in a short period of time. By appropriate, I mean that it had all of the acoutriments I needed; in a neighborhood that I approved of; with a price tag which I could afford. She (with my approval) oversaw all of the details of the sale and the work necessary to make the house livable on the date the escrow closed.

Kim was on top of every aspect of the sale of my mom’s home. She helped hire people to do needed work and was there to supervise everything. We had a problem with the neighbor directly behind the house that did some “shady” work on our side of the fence and she completely took care of that situation, which eliminated the stress on us. Kim was a real asset to us and a very knowledgeable Real Estate agent that worked hard for us. We were very happy with the price we got and how quickly the sale went through.
