The only downside of her service was that she talked us into a higher price than our research had suggested, only to have to reduce the price after a lost month to where we'd figured it would have to be in the first place. Once we did that, the unit sold readily and we were happy. I know she was looking out for our interests, hoping to get us top dollar, but that over-optimism didn't pan out. Still, on the whole, we were pleased with her work and would consider working with her again.
