She responds right away and is always on top of things. She fights for you. I purchased and sold houses in another country as wel and I wish I had had Kim there as a realtor as well. Kim knows the market very well. She can also arrange financing for you. And her help does not stop after the closing, she is always there to help you. I highly, highly recommand her!
