For reference, I was looking for a home in a short 3-day period from out-of-state. Kikzeny found a way to fit in showings at all of the homes I was interested in from Kissimmee to Apopka and everywhere in-between. She also gave great advice along the way as far as what may come up on the inspections. What I was most impressed with was how quickly she learned what my likes and dislikes were. As the market goes these days, I put in several bids that did not work out. However, Kikzeny did not give up even after I left the state. I am 25 years old and I never would have imagined that I would be able to own my first home already. A condo maybe, but a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in an awesome area is unimaginable. She knows her areas, makes communication easy, and is patient. Lastly I think my favorite part about her in the house buying process was the fact that she will educate you if you do not understand something. Real estate can be confusing but she makes it easy. My knowledge of what it means to own a home has grown significantly. If you don’t think you can buy a property don’t doubt yourself, set a budget and she can help you find something within that budget. Kikzeny made the process SO smooth, we sent her a list of all the houses we were interested in and she got us in to see them ASAP. (8 houses in 2 days to be exact!) We were able to get an offer accepted within that same week, and close on the property less than a month later! I thought it would've been 10x more stressful, but Kik really came through
