KiKi is the best realtor in Bay area that I have ever worked with. She is quick and very responsive. I only gave her a very short notice about the move out date and she was able to get everything ready before I moved out. I was a little bit worried about the process in the beginning since I moved out of California. I was concerned if remote work would work out. However my concern was gone and I knew I was in good hands the day I moved out. As planned, she had a cleaner to clean the house the day I moved out followed by staging and photo shooting on Day 2 and Day 3. Our house was on market and was ready to show that weekend! It was pleasantly shocked me. Since I had to get settled in my new home in a new state, I did not even had a chance to think about or follow up with Kiki how the sale of my old place was going. Surprisingly a week later, she told me that someone was very interested in our place and submitted an offer and the price actually exceeded our expectation. 1 month later, we already received proceeds in our bank account. The whole process was effortless for us as she is very professional and experienced. She also helped us take care of our mailbox and mailed everything that was left in there to us. I found her quick and helpful. She would reply your message anytime you message her. You would have a piece of mind when working with her. I would definitely recommend her to my friends.
