Kaori was so helpful! We were first home buyer and purchesed a home in Oviedo, Florida from California. We knew literally nothing about purchasing house but she was so kind and patint to guide us through the whole process. We did not have a chance to visit the properties but kaori always visited the properties and walkthrough online. Not only that she visited grocery store, farmers market and taking video for us. She checked the properties corner to corner and tell us all pros and cons in detail. Ended up, we were able to puchese an ideal home in term of crazy sellers market with small Down Payment.
