Kiersten is an experienced Real Estate agent and was very professional in handling all of our buyer requests for various information regarding the Berry Creek property. There were several unknowns by both the sellers and the buyers i.e. satellite TV as sellers were part time residents and did not require TV service. Tree removal will be required and represented a significant additional cost for the buyer that was accommodated through negotiation with the sellers that was facilitated by Kiersten.
