I truly could not have asked for a better Realtor. I started in CO, knowing exactly where I wanted to live in CA, even though no homes were available at the time. Kiersten found another agent with a home getting ready to go on the market. I wanted it, and she immediately went to work. She provided photos and video tours and made sure I understood everything. When I finally made it to CA, the inspection she insisted on uncovered several costly repairs. She advocated for me and got the seller to pay for them. I returned to CO to continue closing with Kiersten assisting at every step. Even after closing, she continued overseeing the repairs and making sure everything was taken care of. That dedication is rare. What meant so much to me was that she treated me as though I were buying a multi-million-dollar home. I wasn't—I've just never needed much. But the price of my home never determined the time, care, or effort she gave me. I can't recommend Kiersten highly enough.
