Total great guy, works so very hard and knows everything about the process. I was a seller, although he didn't represent me as a seller, he helped get financing for the buyer on a deal that was dead. He took over the transaction with 2 other realtors that didn't know much and I am not fond of, Kieran helped structure and provide financing for much smoother closing. He propelled my deal, he locked the financing in. I felt like I was wasting time with these 2 other agents that had no idea of what was going on. Thank you Kieran for helping this deal close. My deal was 3 months in, when Kieran came into the deal it was 20 days later to closing. I believe the buyer is pleased and very happy with Kieran's services as well.
