I had a great experience with Kichka. Kichka worked with my schedule when it came time to showing houses and accommodated last minute work conflicts. Kichka notified me with any updates on offers or anything of the sort. Kichka was able to communicate with me via text, email, and phone calls. When it came to showing the house, Kichka was knowledgeable about the houses. She knew their selling history and their renovation history. During the showing, she accurately pointed out pieces of the house that would be flagged during inspections. She made helpful suggestions regarding what to request of the seller prior to entering into the contract. Kichka also had a network of professionals who I was able to contact during this process.
