Kiani resides in a quaint, well-established Las Vegas neighborhood packed with tons of history. She grew up in Hawaii and not only yearns to be, but also is happiest when near the ocean. One of her favorite places that she has lived at is Carmel-By-the-Sea, CA. She was captivated by her charming surroundings. Having grown up “Flying the Friendly Skies”, in a United Airlines family, she has been fortunate to have traveled around the globe creating lasting bonds giving her the edge on rapport building with a diverse range of nationalities.
Past & Present
Kiani joined the wonderful world of Real Estate in 2002. She is licensed in Nevada & California and has utilized her licenses in a broad spectrum of her field which has given her an immeasurable expertise in assisting people to achieve their dreams. She has played pivotal roles in growing numerous Multi-Million-Dollar organizations focused on luxury lifestyles ranging from Architectural Glass to Fine Art awarding her a keen eye of intricate details. On a recent remodel of her own she discovered that she has an instinct in decorating and is currently in the process of obtaining a degree in interior design to compliment her real estate career.
Her specialty is upscale properties and luxurious estates, but she also appreciates helping first time homebuyers realize their dreams of owning their own home. She takes pride in providing her clientele with exemplary service and embraces an above and beyond approach in her everyday life!
Beliefs
Kiani’s philosophical view is that by treating others with utmost care, integrity, honesty, and loyalty you will gain their trust and create lifelong connections. She understands the importance of relationship building – recognizing it is one of her most valuable assets. She says, “referrals are the best compliment” and strives to be her own best friend.
