Kia was absolutely fabulous!! I told her what I was wanting and she did all the video walk through I asked for! She was very knowledgeable and worked for me and what I wanted. I bought a house without personally looking at it. She was spot on with exactly what I was asking for. I was thrilled when I actually got to see the house in person which was the day before closing. It was spot on. She went way above and beyond with all my questions and concerns. Always answered the phone or called back within minutes. So pleasant to work with. Would recommend 100%.

I met Kia in late December of 2024; I was reluctant to put my property on the market until 2025. I contacted her late in March of 2025; she revisited my home setting up photos for on-line viewing along with descriptions of my property and the potentials it had. I had 2 showings in early April; the second person to view the property put in a bid that was acceptable. Escrow closed April 28, 2025.
