Buying property can be a very stressful experience. Recently I purchased some property that the title company needed better documentation from a former mortgage on the property that I was purchasing. The closing date has to be extended 3 times before I actually closed on the property. As you can imagine I became worried there was an issue with the property and became worried the purchase would not go through. I’ve been wanting to move for about three years but was very hesitant because I needed to sell my house. Several places that I had seen in light by the time I put in a contract it was under contract. The biggest reason being that I had to sell my house first and there were no contingencies being excepted since the Tampa Bay area is so hot right now. I saw an open house and stopped in.
