Khai is really helpful. He gave us great advises and did a awesome job negotiating with the builder. We got the tile floor, all the stainless steel whirlpool appliance (which we really like), wi-fi garage door opener, all around the house gutter, all house blinds, tank-less water heater and many more things for free from the builder. Especially he told us to do the new home inspection which helped us figure out that the A/C system does not work properly right off the bat. That could cost us thousands of dollar later on. He also spent time to do the blue-tape, multiple work-throughs with us. Definitely recommend!
