What can I say about Keysha! She is the most positive, cheerful, encouraging person I know. Her professionalism and integrity are above reproach. She made our experience fun. We sold our house even before the open house! The video she made was so adorable and captured the spirit of our home of 21 years. It was hard to say goodbye to our home, but we were blessed to have a young couple with children purchase it which is what we had hoped for. Keysha saved my deal by finding me a title company, insurance, and a lender after my initial choice in lender came back with a disapproval 3 days before closing. The original title company that a third party recommended was giving us grief over not closing in person, so we changed title companies to a more remote-friendly one. Then my "go to" insurance company would not underwrite the new property because it had multiple claims paid out in the last 5 years, so Keysha recommended another company and they were able to underwrite the property I bought. Then, to top it off my credit union not to approve my loan 3 days before closing, and Keysha immediately put me in contact with another lender who was able to completely process the loan in under 2 weeks. So a little delay in closing but we all walked away very happy to have the deal done. All thanks to Keysha on this one, there was a roadblock at every turn and she definitely went the extra mile to get us in our new home.
